Comfy Clothes

  • Image of person wearing Comfrt Sweatshirt

    Comfrt Sweatshirts

I LIVE in these sweatshirts. I have 3 and I’ve got at least 2 on my to-get list. They’re weighty, soft, have options with zippered pockets and donate to mental health charities.

  • Image of 3 Woxer boxer briefs in Pride colors

    Woxers

Sensory sensitive baddies, have I got a wedgie-proof undie for you. I have multiple pairs of these. The Star is my fav, and they come in longer or shorter lengths to fit your fancy!

  • Image of femme person in grey Vuori joggers

    Vuori Everything

It started with joggers, but my love for Vuori has expanded to sweats, socks, shirts and everything else. Their materials are so soft and their designs so casually comfy.

Helpful Things

  • Image of green Engage Switch 2 earpugs from Loops

    Loops Earplugs

Noise is a BIG trigger for me. I have one pair of Loops for at home and one on my keys for when I’m out because meltdowns at the grocery store are no fun. I like the Switch 2 because you can change the level of noise reduction.

  • Image of cute Warmies weighted, warmable dragon stuffed animal

    Warmies

They’re cute, yes, but they’re also weighted, warmable and have lavender in them?! These are a great tool for nervous system regulation and for cozy company during bouts of insomnia.

  • Tangle Fidgets

    Tangle Fidgets

My personal favorite choice of fidget. These guys are quiet and easy to bring anywhere in a purse or pocket. This one goes with me to events where I have to sit in one place for a while!

Books

  • Image of Unmasking Autism cover

    Unmasking Autism

This completely shifted my perception of what it is to be Autistic especially for high-masking AFABs. A straight-forward, informative, empathetic read.

  • Image of No Bad Parts book cover

    No Bad Parts

Parts work is a foundation of my coaching approach. Richard Schwartz (this author) created it! This book will give you a feel for IFS.

  • Image of Intuitive Eating book cover

    Intuitive Eating

THE book about Intuitive Eating, this one takes you through the process step-by-step! I highly recommend the workbook, too.
